The challenge: Envision the future. How can professional sports data be used in new innovative ways. Your playing field is unlimited. What is your idea?
Change the way the world experiences sport.
Teamwork and mentorship are crucial for success, not only in sports. Team up with others at the event and form groups between 2 and 4 people.
At the Innovation Challenge you can achieve a lot, working together with other participants and with experts from the industry who will be there to support you as mentors.
A total prize money of 5.000 € will be distributed between the top teams, when the jury announces the winners at the end of the day.
The Innovation Challenge is powered by Sportradar, one of the world´s largest sports data providers. So besides networking opportunities, mentorship from experts, free food and drinks and the chance to win a prize, Sportradar provides you with free access to valuable sports data feeds to support your idea.
Statistics from the NBA, fixtures from hundreds of soccer leagues worldwide, esports data from our partner ESL, or winning probabilities for tennis matches, you name it. Sportradar has got the data and is willing to share it for free with you. So if you feel confident working with APIs or SDKs go ahead and check the documentation.
